  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 1/2 c sour cream at room temperature
  • 2 T brewed coffee
  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 1 c good cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter
  • 5 T unsalted butter
  • 3/4 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t kosher salt
  • 1/3 c heavy cream
