Ingredients

  • 20 candy bars
  • 1 1/2 cups whole almonds, toasted and divided, save 40 for topping, and chop the rest
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut - toasted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 5-6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups high quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups chopped pecans - toasted
