Ingredients

  • For the cake
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, plus more for the skillet
  • 3.2 ounce Chocolove Coffee Crunch in Dark Chocolate bar, broke into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 Tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  •  
  • For the frosting
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for topping
