Ingredients

  • For this recipe you will need 4 x 150ml metal pudding moulds.
  • 15 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 15 g caster sugar mixed with
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 12 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut, baked at 150°C for 10 minutes
  • 30 ml whole milk
  • 90 ml whipping cream
  • 80 g 70% dark chocolate
