This White Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Strawberries. I had created this recipe with the pistachios and then I had some pretzels just sitting there and thought, mmm yes I have to try it with pretzels too
I used the Original flavored pretzels from Pretzel Crisps® for a few reasons. For these little darlings, you don’t even have to temper the chocolate -unless you are a glutton for punishment and just want to
Dip the chilled pretzels halfway into the melted chocolate, and place back on the sheet. The sweet & soft cookie-dough (spiked with a teeny breath of almond extract for fun) is perfectly sandwiches between two salty & crunchy pretzels
chocolate, pretzels, sprinkles. I usually just melt regular chocolate chips in the microwave for these, but if you want to make this more foolproof I'd suggest using white melting chocolate
I was originally going to make my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls and be done with it, then I saw a bag of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers at the grocery store and I turned around and there was a display of pretzels
These pretzel sandwiches are stuffed with a delicious peanut butter filling, dipped in a melted chocolate and Nutella concoction and sprinkled with a bit of coarse sea salt
We've been finding lots of doubles and triples of stuff, like a few bags of mini marshmallows, as well as the dregs of snack food from the last hockey pool, chocolate chunks (how did those not get eaten
Instead of making plain Jane butter cookies out of the press, twist it up a bit with pretzel shaped almond butter cookies dipped in smothering melted chocolate
Lately my little boy has been super obsessed with pretzels. We were shopping at Aldi the other day and I saw a big container of pretzel rods–I knew Jackson would LOVE them (which he did) and I wanted an excuse to dip them in chocolate for a little sweet treat
For my smoothie bowl toppings, I used fresh blueberries, toasted pistachios, dark chocolate and broken pretzels ( kind of sweet and salty thing going on here), but you can always customize to your taste
Add your chocolate chips and your pretzels. I love pretzels, I made these totally for me, these cookies make me a cookie person, blah blah blah, stuff like that
