  • 20 g rolled oats
  • 90 g dates previously soaked for minimum 1 hour
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoons agave for extra sweetness
  • 100 g cashews previously soaked for minimum 4 hours
  • 15 pieces dates previously soaked for minimum 1 hour
  • 200 g coconut cream the thickened coconut cream from a can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • 60 g dark chocolate
