  • 1/3 C + 1 t unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/3 C unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 eggs 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 C sour cream

  • Chocolate Mousse
  • 1 1/2 C whipping cream
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate - finely chopped, about 3/4 C

  • Butterscotch Mousse/Frosting
  • 1 1/2 C whipping cream
  • 8 oz butterscotch chips
  • *powdered sugar if mousse doesn't turn out
