Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreos
  • 1¼ cup butter, melted
  • 11¼ cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
  • 18 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1¾ cup peanut butter
  • 11¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 11 cup heavy cream
  • 1¼ cup hot fudge
  • 1 mini chocolate chips for garnishBlend oreos in a food processor.
  • 1 In a medium mixing bowl combine them with the melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • 1 Place the crust into the refridgarator for 1 hour.
  • 1 In a small mixing bowl beat cream for two minutes and then add powdered sugar and beat until stiff. Set aside.
  • 1 In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • 1 Add the whipped cream that was set aside and beat again.
  • 1 Pour peanut butter mixture into pie crust.
  • 1 In a medium bowl combine whipping cream and powder sugar. Beat until firm.
  • 1 Top peanut butter cream pie with whipping cream.
  • 1 Soften hot fudge in microwave for about 25 seconds.
  • 1 Drizzle over the top of the whipping cream.
  • 1 Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
