This is exactly like chocolatebark, which is officially the world's easiest cooking project. In this case, instead of spreading the bark on a baking sheet and breaking it into shards when it hardens, you spread it in a pan, so the resulting candy is thicker and can be sliced up in squares or bars
I’ve always wanted to make chocolatebark and there is no real reason I haven’t made it before. Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl
Remove from microwave & stir until chocolate is completely melted. Microwave the chocolate in a medium microwaveable bowl, on HIGH for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. 5 (9 ounce) packages semisweet baking chocolate. 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped. 1/3 cup honey graham crackers, coarsely broken. 1/3 cup miniature marshmallow, jet-puffed
When it is finished baking pour the chocolate and peanutbutter chips over top of the pan. If you are using nuts sprinkle them over top of the toffee while the chocolate is still warm
Marshmallow, chocolate and peanuts — you’re speaking my language. But, if you’re like me, and you mainly make barks for your kiddos, just use that bag of chocolate chips sitting in your fridge and keep your bark stored in the freezer
In a large bowl, or bowl of stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Not only is it Valentine's Day and not I have to miss out on all those delicious chocolates that are floating around this time of year… but it's also my birthday month and I can't even indulge in some birthday cake or treats like these gorg red velvet cookies
