Ingredients

  • 2 raw recipe: baked chocolate donut with raspberry frosting (gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, soy free, low in sugar)

  • 5 minutes bake time: 12 -15 minutes at
  • 350 degree oven
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour (or any gluten free or regular flour)
  • 5 tbsp flaxmeal
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar (coconut sugar, xyitol would work)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (any oil)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any non dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup berries (we used frozen raspberries berries that were thawed, but any berry would work)
  • 1/2 cup cashews (soaked and rinsed)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
