Ingredients

  • 1/2 a small onion, halved
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil For the salad:
  • 1/2 pound ground meat (or 1 cup cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 heaping teaspoon flour
  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 1 bunch green leaf lettuce, chopped (or whatever kind you prefer)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 - 1 bell pepper, diced
  • tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos Directions
  • 3. In a large bowl, toss chopped lettuce, cheese, bell pepper, tomatoes, black beans, olives, and cooled taco meat
