  • 4 cups Chex cereal
  • 14 cups Cheerios
  • 14 cups pretzel rods
  • 13 cups salted cocktail peanuts
  • 111 ounces red and green M&M's
  • 124 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 13½ teaspoons shortening or solid coconut oilPlace the Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzel rods, peanuts, and M&M's into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • 1 Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Set aside
  • 1 In a microwave, safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and shortening or coconut oil and microwave it at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring in between increments until melted.
  • 1 Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and stir to combine.
  • 1 Place the mix onto the baking sheet and push it down evenly using a plastic spatula.
  • 1 Place the baking sheet in a refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, break the clumps, and store in an airtight container.
