Having been spent an hour listening to YOGA and it’s impact on health last night which was International Yoga day, I am up this morning with a healthy chutneypowder recipe that is prepared with cute and brown flaxseeds
This recipe may not be as quick to prepare as Pb&j on toast, but with a tiny bit of work the night before, it's pretty darn easy and provides a filling, energizing, nutrient-dense breakfast
Overnight Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is a quick and healthy dessert recipe. I absolutely love chia seed pudding because it’s so stinkin’ easy to make, and I don’t feel bad about eating it for dessert, snacks or even breakfast
When the seeds have buttered, add the pumpkin pie spice and pulse to combine. Ingredients1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup whole flaxseeds. Directions1Combine the pumpkin seedsand maple syrup. 2Process the seeds until creamy, using oil if needed. 3Add the pumpkin seed butter to a bowl and stir in the flaxseeds. 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup whole flaxseed
ingredients to a jar and grind to smooth with enough water. peanut mint chutney. chutney to smear on the inner side of the bread before you put the filling
Addition of sesame seeds is an added flavor for the chutney. This chutney I learned from one of my friend who makes excellent and innovative chutneyswith veggies
