Cinnamon Bun Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 12 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 11 tablespoon white sugar
  • 11 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1¾ cup powdered icing sugar
  • 12 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cerealBeat cream cheese and butter on medium speed until mixed well.
  • 1 Add brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and icing sugar. Beat well until mixed well and creamy.
  • 1 Scoop out onto a long strip of plastic wrap. Wrap up while shaping into a ball and place in freezer for 45 minutes.
  • 1 Place cereal in a plastic food storage bag and crush cereal into small flakes.
  • 1 Remove from freezer and plastic wrap then roll in crushed cereal to coat.
  • 1 Place cheese ball on plate and serve immediately. If not serving immediately, wrap cheese ball and plate in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
