There is something about the smell of cinnamon….it just say welcome home to me. We spent the whole day out running errands getting caught in the rain repeatedly. This cinnamon raisin swirl butter bread is the perfect thing to bake for the morning toast. This bread comes together very easily and really so good!! I put this dough together in about 10 minutes and then rest it covered for an hour. It gets shaped and rises one more time for half an hour. In the morning I will have two very happy kids on my hands.
