Cinnamon Toffee Chex Mix

  • 9 c rice chex
  • 118 oz white chocolate
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 11 1/2 c chocolate chips
  • 11 c mini cinnamon chips
  • 11 c toffee bits
  • 1 Non-Edible or OtherIn a large bowl heat white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and continue to heat at 15 second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in cinnamon. Add Chex and toffee bits and carefully stir until coated. Stir in chips and pour out on wax paper in a single layer. After 20 minutes or when set, break apart and store in an airtight container.
