This coffeecake is my rendition of Panera Bread's CinnamonCoffeeCake. Squeeze cinnamon crumb topping between fingers over cake evenly to make into crumbs
Chop the walnuts. The cake requires a very strong coffee flavor with as little liquid as possible, which rules out using filter or even espresso coffee
