Ingredients

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 TBSP better batter gluten free flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • optional: green onions for garnish
  • Chop up your onions, celery and carrots the same size.
