Today we decided to go with a true king among salads. The Caesar Salad. Line baking pan with parchment paper and spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet

My love affair withCaesar salads began when I was pregnant with my first child. So, I did a little research and a little experimenting and I’m really happy with this recipe
And what better way to bring greens back that with a classic – but done my way. Rather than tossing the dressing through chopped salad, I like to present this with a halved baby cos/romaine lettuce and the sliced chicken on the side
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Season with fresh pepper. Season with fresh pepper. TOSS cubes of extra-firm tofu with 1 tbsp oil and 1/8 tsp salt in a medium bowl. COMBINE silken tofu with 1/3 cup parmesan, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, Dijon, Worcestershire and 1/8 tsp salt in a food processor. Sprinkle with dried cherries, 2 tbsp parmesan and tofu croutons
Taste with a leaf of lettuce, then add salt and adjust the acid (the lemon juice and vinegar) as needed, or add a little of each salty ingredient (Worcestershire, anchovies, Parmesan) to the dressing, bit by bit
