  • 1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight, then rinsed well
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon filtered water
  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashew nuts
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon savoury or nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 100 g cacao butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon psyllium husk
