  • 25 g egg (c. 1/2 an egg)
  • 2 g bread improver * i didn’t use
  • egg yolk food colouring * i didn’t use
  • pineapple crust
  • 84 g cake flour
  • 56 g sugar
  • 7 g butter
  • 35 g lard / shortening
  • 10 g egg yolk (about half an egg yolk)
  • 7 g milk powder
  • 14 g evaporated milk
  • some condense milk * i didn’t use
  • 0.5 g baking soda
  • 1 g ammonia powder
  • lemon yellow food colouring * i didn’t use
