Ingredients

  • 1 package (300 grams) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I use the light variety)
  • 1 package Knorr dry Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 can (227 m
  • L) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onion, or a handful of chives, sliced thinly
  • 1 large round sourdough bread loaf
  • Carrot and celery, cut into sticks (optional)
