Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup (tried to substitute agave, but it’s too thin – they won’t stick together as well)
