Ingredients

  • 1 cup dessicated coconut,
  • 3/4 cup sugar and
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup dessicated unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup - optional
  • 3-4 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
  • 1 tsp ghee - to grease the plate
