  • Ingredients
  • Raw, thawed chicken (you can use whatever part, I used breast)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or coconut flour- but I have not tried this)
  • 2-3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Directions
  • In a large skillet, melt your coconut oil.
  • While that’s warming up, rinse and pat your chicken dry.
