Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Blender Marinade
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 coconut cream from can of coconut milk*
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha/Asian hot red chili sauce
  • Sriracha Mango Dip
  • Reserved Blender Marinade
  • 2 mangoes, peeled
  • 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (depending on desired “tang")
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1-3 teaspoon sriracha, more or less to taste
