  • 1. 2 cups grated coconut
  • 2. 3 ts Kadalai parupu
  • 3. 2 ts mustard, green chili, cooking oil.


    1. In a pan add oil add kadalai parupu, green chilies and fry it to golden brown.
    2. In a mixer grinder add the fried items and male it into powder and then add the coconut and make it into smooth paste.
    3. Then add the fried mustard to it.
    4. Coconut chutney is ready to taste with Idli, Dosa, Adai and chapathi.
