  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 medium oranges (juiced and zested) – zest of 1/2 orange reserved for whipped cream
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk, whole fat
  • 1 tablespoon honey plus more for drizzling
  • zest of 1/2 orange
