  • Coconut Rum Tres Leches Cake (adapted from Chow)
  • 1 c all purpose flour, aerated with a fork
  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Three Milk Mixture
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 T rum
  • Frosting
  • 1 c sweetened flaked coconut toasted
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1 T rum
  • 1/4 powdered sugar
