  • 1/4 cup lite canned coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • coconut oil to grease the pan
  • 5 tablespoons full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lite canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
