Ingredients

  • 18 fighi secchi
  • 1 formaggino di capra
  • 3 fichi e il formaggio.
  • 18 dried figs
  • 1 fresh goat cheese
  • Put figs into hot water and boil for 10 minutes, than cut in a half.
  • Place figs and cheese in the cocotte.
  • Spread rosmary, oil, pepper and honey
  • Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes
