  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 slices firm white bread
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 halibut steaks
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp drained capers
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 degree oven
  • 170 degrees
