  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 2½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 75 g butter
  • 85 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot water
  • 1.5 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 200-300 g icing (confectioners’) sugar
  • Walnuts for decoration (optional)
