  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Milk to mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Banana Jam (or Apricot or whatever)
  • 1 Cup Currants
  • 60 grams soft Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Banana – Ripe and squishy
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1¼ Cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
