  • 50 g potato flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs - separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • for the icing
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder - cadbury bourneville cocoa powder is gluten free
