i didn't get any of the mac 'n cheese i made for the party but i was told it was good. a lot of them called for eggs and i didn't want to deal with that after reading reviews of cooks having problems with the eggs and milk "curdling"
Both Myrna and I love this book because the portions are sensibly small, the recipes are varied, don’t use many convenience foods, and allow for leftovers only where “cooking once to serve twice” seems desirable
