Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup / 75g Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1/4 Cup / 50g Caster Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup / 55g Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Whole Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Double Cream
  • 1/2 Cup / 65g Plain Flour
  • 1/3 Cup / 75g Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup / 75g Unsalted Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Half and Half (We don't have this in Ireland so I just filled half of the 1/3 cup with milk and the other with cream)
  • 4 to 5 / 415g to 640g Cups Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup / 75g Mini Chocolate Chips (use regular size if you can't get you hands on the minis)
