Ingredients

  • 7 cupcakes
  • 35 g vegetable oil that is smooth and neutral tasting
  • 50 g milk
  • 85 g plain or all purpose flour
  • 15 g cornflour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 70 g Oreo biscuits, roughly crushed with small chunks of cookies
  • 105 g egg white from 3 eggs - please use the exact weight
  • 65 g caster sugar
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) whipping cream with 35% fat, cold from the fridge
  • 10 g icing sugar, optional
