Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups

  • 4. Make a well in the center of the almonds
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup confectioners
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 6. Coat the tea cakes by rolling it in confectioner
  • 18 mini muffins
  • Half
  • tsp
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed• Half tsp baking soda• 2 tbsp toasted wheat germ• One eight tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten•
  • 1 tbsp skim milk•
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5. Remove from pans
