Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced by 2 inches - 100g straw mushrooms, halved
  • 4 to 7 chilli padi, crushed
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 450 g snow peas, trimmed
  • 350 g extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh red chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 250 g prawns, cleaned and mashed to paste
