Ingredients

  • Sworfish Kebabs
  • Prep Time 20 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes
  • 2 lbs swordfish, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of carb free soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • Room Temperature marinade is fine if your AC is running
