Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c whole milk
  • 3/4 c chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 c self rising flour
  • 6-10 c shortening or vegetable oil (amount required for fryer)
  • 10 chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 5 minutes Coat chicken pieces with dry flour, then dip chicken into batter
  • 2/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
