  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tbs Fresh Lemon zest
  • 3 Tbs Fresh Lemon juice
  •  
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs lemon zest, sprinkle over top of cake after frosting
