  • 3 cups of corn kernels – about 6 corn cobs
  • 1 ⅓ cup crumbled queso blanco duro (hard queso blanco) – about 125 gr 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
