Ingredients

  • Cornbread Stuffing
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups diced onion
  • 5 cups cornbread (I make mine from a Jiffy mix, but you can buy it or use a recipe to make it from scratch if you like)
  • 2 diced stalks of celery
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 30 minutes
