However, bear inmind that if the oven temperature is too low, itwill not be able to bake the cake probably, you will end up with very dense cake texture instead of the soft, light and cottony cream cheese texture

(The reason why we put hot water in the pan is that steam will help making cake soft and moist and hot water around the cake will gradually cook inside the cake whilebakingin the oven
