Ingredients

  • squash, such as butternut
  • 1 cup each: diced tomatoes, chicken broth or

  • 1/2 tsp each: ground cinnamon, toasted crushed
  • cumin, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, ground ginger
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas,
  • well drained
  • 1 quarter wedge preserved
  • lemon, finely chopped, optional
  • 1 tbsp each: Fresh
  • cilantro, parsley & mint
