  • 170 g white crab meat (eg from 500g claws)
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cm knob of ginger, grated
  • 3 slices brown bread, whizzed into crumbs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 lime, quartered
