  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
