Ingredients

  • 1 pkg crab meat 6 oz Juice of
  • 1 lemon divided
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced & divided
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cube of butter melted
  • 2 onions Boil on high until reduced by half. Set aside to cool.
  • 1 tsp parsley. Serve warm over fish.
  • 7 minutes Un
